By accessing grcwithgaurav.com or using CyberVerse AI you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. The service

GRCWithGaurav (CyberVerse AI) provides AI-powered career training: mock interviews, resume analysis, study tools and educational content for cybersecurity and GRC roles. It is an educational platform, not a certification body or recruitment agency.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans & payments

• Pro and Premium are one-time lifetime purchases priced in Indian Rupees; no auto-renewal.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay; refunds follow the Refund Policy.
• Free-tier limits apply until upgrade.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: resell or redistribute the service; scrape or reverse-engineer it; submit unlawful, plagiarised or malicious content; abuse AI features to generate harmful material; or share premium credentials with others.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content, tools and branding belong to GRCWithGaurav. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

7. AI outputs

Interview feedback, scores and resume analysis are machine-generated guidance. They are provided "as is", may contain errors, and are not professional, legal, certification or hiring advice.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for career outcomes, exam results or hiring decisions.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of New Delhi having exclusive jurisdiction.
